Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Community Press your satisfaction is our priority. If your book arrives
damaged or we have sent the wrong order, we will promptly replace what you have. If the book is not as described, we will
refund your purchase price minus shipping. In fact, if you just decide you don't like the book, we will return your purchase
price minus shipping.
If you decide on a refund for your purchase, or you have received the wrong order, please
properly package and ship the book to the following address:

If Community Press was at fault for sending the wrong order, you will not be responsible
for paying to ship the book back to us. Community Press will contact you with instructions. If Community Press sent what you
requested (according to your order receipt) we will still send you what you meant to order or refund your purchase price,
but, your refund will be purchase price minus shipping.
For all returns / refunds, you MUST include your full contact information and a copy of your
reciept. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds without this documentation.
Refunds will be generated by check and mailed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned
book(s).
